Michael Bird, Technology Director
Mike is a member of the class of 2016 at Tufts University studying Biochemistry and Applied Mathematics. He is a British citizen whose goals for the future include finding a job in biochemical research and not getting deported. Though cynical by nature, he enjoys Model UN and is interested in the climate justice movement, due partly to a fascination with the untempered idealism with which they are associated.
Miles Grover, Artistic Director
Miles was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts . He is a member of the class of 2015 and studies Child Development and Environmental Studies at Tufts University. He is interested in addressing issues of climate justice through the arts. Miles likes to draw, paint, and ride his bike.
Kaitlin Pang, Marketing Manager
Kaitlin was born and raised in New Jersey. She is a member of the class of 2016 with an anticipated major in Peace and Justice Studies and a minor in Communications and Media Studies at Tufts University. She believes that climate justice is one of the important stories of our time, and deserves to be told. Kaitlin loves theatre, films, social media, progress, and singing Adele songs.
Gabriel Rondon Ichikawa, Project Manager
Gabriel grew up in Gig Harbor, Washington and Santiago, Chile. He is currently a student at Tufts University with an anticipated major in either International Relations or Environmental Science and Economics. His interest in climate justice is seeded in his passion for human rights and the environment. He hopes that this book will help reach out to people who are unaware of this issue. Gabriel is an avid violinist, music blogger, and world traveler.
Andrea Simons, Writing Director
Andrea is a member of the class of 2015 from Washington, D.C. studying English and Peace and Justice Studies at Tufts University. She is extremely passionate about climate justice and hopes that this book will help inspire and encourage children to learn about climate justice. Andrea loves reading books and traveling.
